「Excellent hotel. Ttey have thought of everything. Lovely terraced bar. Room very nice with coffee machine. Even had a bag of 2ps that we spent in the arcades. Parking is a nightmare but thats nothing to do with the hitel that is Llandudno in the summer. Deffo be back and hopefully very soon. 」

「Everything about the hotel was excellent; particularly the friendly and efficient staff. BUT wouldn't go again, sadly, because of the lack of parking which, accepted is not the Hotel's fault. Only solution we could think of is some form of valet parking.」

「The property was excellent and well maintained. The local area had everything we needed. 」

「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. 」

「The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard, including the bathroom. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Comfortable beds. 」

「Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have...
