“I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom”. “We were just up for the one night for the music on Plymouth Hoe. It was literally a 10 minute walk from The Hoe which was handy because the weather was horrendous. We were greeted at the door by Ian and Twigs. The guest house is immaculately decorated and I was impressed as soon as I walked in through the door. “The apartment was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished & so much natural light from the huge windows. The sea view was beautiful & looking out over Drake island & Plymouth sound was amazing. Parking was available right outside at £10 a night but we could go out in the car & know we had parking when we got back.
