“酒店位置極佳，早餐在penhouse, 非常美味，而且風景極好。”

“It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff also nice and helpful. However my single room was TINY. Single bed squeezed in with wall at foot of bed, so my toes touched this when I stretched out. Ensuite was too small to include sink in there, so was in the bedroom. No window but a frosted window emergency door, leading me to think that where the room was was originally a corridor to this emergency exit. Also no towels left in room, which I did not notice until came back in evening when……

“This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.”

“Picture totally different from room ”

“Very nice Breakfast and good service.”

“家庭房質素好，祗是浴室較小。酒店地區近遊客區。非常方便。”

“Nice and modern apartments to stay. Beautiful view from penthouse. Staffs are helpful. ”

“Excellent location for Horle or Barbican”

“james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”

“Everything was great 👍”

I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes.……
