「Absolutely stunning property and lovely hosts! Barry and Gaynor were a delight to speak with and were very helpful with any questions we had. They left us some breakfast foods in the fully stocked kitchen which was a surprise and it was delicious! Incredible panoramic ocean views from multiple rooms! Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. Our stay was very relaxing, peaceful and just an incredible experience.」

「Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good.」

「We stayed at this property for one night for an event in the area and without doubt the best we stayed in. This is a class let with no detail too small. Everything you could need at the property and a full breakfast was provided to meet every need. You won’t be disappointed if you stayed here and the owners who live next to the property were fab. 「The property was everything I was looking for! The location, the view, the facilities were just as described & exactly what I wanted. I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. The double bed is so comfortable - I can’t recall when I last slept so well.」

The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats.」

「We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. Parking is very tight...

「There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. 」
