"This was a beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Food was delicious. Only problem was the bedroom walls were a little thin, could hear the neighbor on the phone. But don’t let that keep u up up away. It is a true find"

10/10 Excellent
"This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!"

"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "

" My parents and i came up here with mt toddler daughter for a Cooperstown/Baseball Hall of Fame weekend. This spot was super local, quiet, and private. It allowed us to all be in the same place but also had plenty of room for my parents and i to sleep seperately and without disturbing anyone. My toddler had feeedom to play in the house and run around outaide on the grass. my parents "
