「The person at the desk was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and equipped for what I needed. The only thing I didn't like was my room window was near a busy US Highway. 」

「This is a good place to stay—very comfortable and clean. Breakfast could have been better. It was all spread out all over the place due to construction. I was disappointed and a little upset that I was only here to be near my terminally ill brother and the social worker gave me a list of hotels with lower rates for those having to stay close to a loved one. The front desk person told me they were “almost sold out” so they wouldn’t honor it. I was really in shock—like, you’ll only honor it if...

「Location was perfect as we were mainly there for Churchill Downs and to have easy access to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient and was always there within a couple minutes of being called. The staff even had a to-go breakfast made for us since we had to leave at 4:30am to go to the airport」

「My only complaint was the floors needs degreaser! My gf about slipped and injured herself! You can feel it on your shoes as soon as you walk in! My son got a room and his floors were better」

「The only thing that was surprising was that in a 7 night stay we never had any room service. After the fourth night I asked for more towels, which were supplied with no issues, as we had two adults and only one full size towel and two medium size towels. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and would highly recommend them. 」
