"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Top Batu Caves Hotel Reviews

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Couldn’t really complain. Attention to every single detail was evident. Wish the breakfast and pool could be more exciting though"

Aloft by Marriott Kuala Lumpur Sentral

10/10 Excellent

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."
