「Our sheets were not clean there was dog hair in them. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager and there was nothing they could do to help me except give me a clean pair of sheets and I had to put them on. I never was on vacation and had to make my own bed in a hotel that charged me 279.00 I emailed the general manager and I am waiting to hear from her. 「I was annoyed at check in when they said there was a parking fee ($13/night, but still- annoying and unexpected). The “happy hour” was not as great as others we had had at the same hotel chain. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!」
