“Absolutely perfect location. Close to tons of shops, restaurants, and a subway station. Apartment was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were thorough and host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again. ”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and……

“Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. “Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it……

“If you want to live like a real New Yorker, skip the hotels. The unit is super clean, even cuter than the description, and it has everything you'll need. I experienced a slight hiccup upon check-in, but the host remedied it within minutes and was very responsive throughout my entire stay. The little patio is HUGE by NY standards, and serene.
