“UMi was a fantastic couples getaway. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience.
The property was amazing, the Ocean Front Master Suite was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to make ordering drinks or food easy. The staff confirmed restaurant reservations for us before our arrival.
Food was great - the included breakfast was phenomenal!
