“Impeccable ”

“Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five……

“It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the……

“loved this place! if you're looking for the perfect CENTRAL location that is literally right in the hot spot for food and energy, but there's no beach club which can be Seriously loud and overwhelming on the beach, the pool and the sleep= then try this place. no beach club, great restaurant and awesome people. good pool too! also the Beach chairs are somehow plentiful enough that. you dont have to worry about getting out there to save one, and they're free! ”

“The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept ……

“Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!”

Cleaning crew put cute birthday decorations as a surprise. The beach club staff super quick and friendly. Great location with the walks to each of the opposite sides of the beach. We had all the places accessible to us by walking on the beach. Had a great time celebrating Delek’s Bday weekend with sick……
