The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. 「Lovely sprawling property with some very nice workers. Uneven staff. Poor communication. The restaurant waitstaff were very nice, and Dragan, the head bellman, was particularly observant, attentive and competent. It’s well worth staying at Conte, and we hope to return, but I’d suggest you have personalized check in and parking info and confirm your reservation 24 hours before arrival. Also “a few dozen stairs” truly could be 100+ big stone steps. 」

「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub.
