“Great location right on bay of Kotor. Had a view of the Bay from our window which was absolutely beautiful and well worth extra money! Wide variety of restaurants and shops very easy walking distance. Parking was at ends of town & a little bit of a walk with luggage but on way back out to car, hotel offered a golf cart shuttle which made the transport with luggage easier. Breakfast on the water was fantastic. Nice selection & view could not be beat. Staff was friendly. Great property!”

“The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. “Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. ”

“These apartments are beautiful and the property manager and her son could not have been more helpful. I was sick and they took me to a doctor and a pharmacy. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the old town and some people may not like that but having the spacious apartment, free parking, and the most gracious hostess far outweighs the short walk. Please support these owners. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. ”
