Friendly small hotel- impeccably maintained. Greeted with champagne and fresh fruit. Room cleaning 2x per day. Fantastic view from our balcony. Nice massage. Convenient parking. Highly recommended.

We spent three nights at this beautiful boutique hotel on Kotor Bay. The decor is beautiful. The rooms with balconies overlooking the bay are very special. The location is convenient for visiting Kotor (a 10 minute taxi ride — you don’t want to try parking near the old town nor stay in the old town as it is so busy with tourists). The hotel is wonderful for lounging on its beach (terrace). Staff is very helpful and arranged a private boat tour for us. Breakfasts are excellent. Dining on the outdoor terrace overlooking the bay is magical. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely quiet hotel with an outstanding location on the bay. It was wonderful to sit out at breakfast and look across the water at the mountains and cruise ships. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The massages in the spa were amazing. Location is good - a short taxi to Kotor

Our stay at Forza Terra was incredible!! The staff was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL and some of the friendliest I have ever experienced. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend staying here!

We were able to spend a few days in Kotor Bay. The fort a Terra was an excellent hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ended up eating most of our meals at the hotel and their sister restaurant at the hotel that is also owned by them. The food was amazing, the waiters were well informed with good suggestions for wines and paired drinks. I would strongly recommend staying here!

Forza Terra was absolutely exceptional. The property is beautiful, modern, and incredibly well maintained, with spotless rooms and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were outstanding warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food, and the overall service throughout our stay was first class. The hotel feels luxurious without being overly formal, and every detail seems thoughtfully done. We felt very comfortable and genuinely well taken care of from the moment we arrived. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend Forza Terra and would absolutely stay here again.

Das geschmackvolle Interieur, die hochwertigen Materialien und der Sinn für Details zieht sich durch das gesamte Konzept des Hauses. Der Service ist im gesamten Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und professionell und die Küche ausgezeichnet. Beim Food Pricing braucht mancher Kellner mehr Fingerspitzengefühl. Wenn man eine Portion Barsch bestellt und daraufhin ungefragt einen gesamten Fisch mit 1,7 KG für 160.- Euro erhält, passt etwas nicht. Doch das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht geschmälert.

With only 12 rooms, Forza Terra delivered the quiet, intimate atmosphere we were hoping for on our honeymoon. The boutique layout provided incredible privacy from the moment we arrived. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the world-class team. Andjela and Lazar at the hotel front desk took exceptional care of us throughout our stay, while Lazar, Gustavo in the main restaurant and Hendi in the bar made every meal special. The entire team catered to our every need with such attention to detail that we felt like we were the only guests at the property. Forza Terra far exceeded expectations

Excellent hotel and restaurant but with a caveat. There is a heavy duty sales operation going on in the restaurant where they try and sell the blue lobster pasta anyone who enters. It was, to be fair, delicious, but beware! The cost is way beyond London prices but cleverly hidden by a misleading ’per 100g’ price that lulls you into a false sense of security. This dish for two plus a bottle of their cheaper wine was €450. Which is more than you’d pay in a much swankier London restaurant. I did like the place but couldn’t avoid the ongoing suspicion that they see guests as people to exploit rather than people to delight…. It left a slightly bitter taste despite what was, overall, an excellent experience.

We felt so welcomed and appreciated at this amazing hotel , everyday everyone was so kind and helpful always smiling. The rooms were cleaned not once but twice a day! Loved this! The restaurant was amazing the breakfast was wonderful! The laundry service was great! The views from this hotel were incredible! My daughter and I truly had a special week here at Hotel Terra Forza. We highly recommend it! Thank you to the entire staff for a fantastic experience!

El servicio es excelente, los meseros del restaurante se aprenden de memoria tu nombre y tus gustos. Lo malo es que el agua de la piscina está fría. No hay forma de nadar ahí.

Really lovely property in a quiet location near Kotor. Breakfast was great. Be careful with the restaurant though. The wine is overpriced. I had the same Eur 70 bottle for half the price at a nice restaurant 600 meters away. I can only imagine the markup on the more expensive bottles. Also, watch out for the upsell. We ended up ordering lobster pasta after our waiter raved about it, which was based on the weight of the uncooked lobster - it ended up being Eur 257, was cold by the time the table side prep was done, and although delicious (notwithstanding the temperature at service) was not worth the price. To top it off, they add a Eur 45 service charge. We would have tipped in any event (we’re Canadian…., what can I say?) , but we didn’t like the service charge being added on without our consent. All in all, a Eur 505 meal that we could have had at a top restaurant in Canada for a third of the price. Disappointing.
