“Perast is picture perfect and Conte fits well. The rooms were of good size and ours had a good view of the bay. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast has a lot of variety and is much better than the US chains that offer free breakfast. ”

They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. “Great location right on bay of Kotor. Had a view of the Bay from our window which was absolutely beautiful and well worth extra money! Wide variety of restaurants and shops very easy walking distance. Parking was at ends of town & a little bit of a walk with luggage but on way back out to car, hotel offered a golf cart shuttle which made the transport with luggage easier. Breakfast on the water was fantastic. Nice selection & view could not be beat. Staff was friendly. Great property!”

“The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.”

“L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner……

“We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water……

“Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. ”

“Wonderful restaurant, outdoor grill, private beach! The rooms and balcony were wonderful. Darko was an excellent receptionist taking care of every detail. Had spa sessions and massage therapist was very good! Beautifully decorated and the setting couldn’t be more romantic! ”
