The Rooms are really clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is so nice and the water in the bay is clear and wonderful to swim in! Only a short ride by Bus/Car to Kotor old town, so perfect location. There are a lot of restaurants in the area where you sit directly sea side!

"The place was great we had a problem with shower in 1 bathroom and it was fixed immediately .Everything was fabulous position great communication excellent and importantly in the extreme heat air con efficient .An authentic vibe !"

A bit of a drive to get to any of the site-seeing areas, and a limited number of restaurants available within walking distance (2 at the beach club across the road in front of the hotel and one on the roof) - but lovely restaurants. "The room was very nice with a great view and balcony. The staff was very nice and so helpful. Location was perfect too! We loved that we can just walk down the steps and we are along the water. Two small markets just minutes away too.The Lady of the Rock is also very close and a $5 Euro boat ride away. Gorgeous little town!"

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch.
The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely.
One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!
