My only complaint would be the facility charging a resort fee, considering that's why I booked "SONESTA RESORTS" only to discover an additional charge for chairs on the beach! What's the purpose of the fee if you charge anyway 🤔...in addition to the incidental fee and taxes it can be a bit of a shock to a modest budget upon checking in. 「Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great.」

「The hotel itself was very nice but the grounds could use some sprucing up. I had to move rooms due to their inability to fix the toilet in my room. They allow dogs in all the areas of the hotel so keep that in mind when booking.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」
