"Pros: The place is spotless. Pros: The view of Eiger is breathtaking. Pros: The breakfast is awesome. Pros: The room is kept spotless. Pros: It's super close to the train station. Cons: The room is very small. Cons: No AC. Cons: The water pressure is not good. Cons: The advertised whirlpool isn't operational. Cons: Aside from breakfast, no food options."

"Unfortunately, this hotel felt cheap and outdated despite the price charged. Yes, the location is excellent, right in Grindelwald and close to the train station, and the mountain view from the balcony is beautiful. However, compared to other older hotels we stayed at in Zermatt and Pontresina, this hotel fell far short of expectations. The walls are paper thin — you can hear your neighbours very clearly. The room is extremely small and not particularly functional. The bathroom and shower are so tiny that they are difficult to use comfortably. Overall, everything feels low quality, from the artificial plastic flowers in the reception area to many aspects of the room itself. As we were dissatisfied, we inquired about shortening our stay and receiving a partial refund for one or two nights. The receptionist was kind and offered to discuss the matter with the manager, but our request was ultimately refused without much explanation or flexibility. While the location and view are definite positives, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid."

"Perfect staying place if you wanna explore interlaken and lake briense and Jungfrau region , added advantage is Indian food bcoz of Indian chef at restaurant in the hotel , front desk and reception hospitality was awesome , would recommend it highly and would love to stay again"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful addition to the experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We look forward to returning and staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!"
