Spacious and clean room. Neighbourhood is quiet.

Good service and helpful staffs at the reception. Room is good size and clean

The atmosphere of the Hotel is really good. Clean, reasonable room size, comfortable and very good service. The restaurant is good. It’s very enjoyable to have tea and the delicious waffle in front of the garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, with high-quality amenities and an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their restaurant recommendations, which perfectly matched our tastes and led us to some excellent dining experiences with outstanding food quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return on...

Staffs are very friendly. Best quality as always

Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.
