「For the price we paid, this place deserves a 5 star! We went not expecting much, as I was looking more for cheap prices than elegance. My fiancé and I had a great stay! The room was clean, it smell nice, everything worked with no problem. Bathroom wasn’t updated but toilet flush and shower had hot water which is all that matters. Breakfast was included and though it’s just a simple breakfast menu, it was nice to have coffee, muffin, cereal, toast and waffles available for free. (We did miss out...

「This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge....

「Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.」

「I absolutely love this place I stayed a while back here for 3 months solid daily and there very nice and quiet and they definitely make your stay a pleasant one whatever you need they are fast to get it to you . I just came back down here and I paid for my room It was way before check in time but I was tired and worn out from work just wanted a hot shower and a bed. They did not hesitate one bit they helped me in my room and didn’t ask questions. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay on...
