「When I booked the reservation I thought I was getting a regular shower. Walk in shower. We ended up with a handicap shower that got water all over the floor. Everyone was nice and the food was amazing at the restaurant but for the money I paid I thought I was getting a better bathroom and shower. 」

「I tell everyone I meet that heaven is going to be just like the Hollander Hotel, only with cats. I can't say enough about this hotel! The pool area is a dream come true, fountains on either side of the pool, plenty of shade (if you want that), also plenty of sun and lounge chairs and topiaries and fresh towels and a fully stocked Pool Bar just steps away. The hotel itself is a fantasy trip back in time to Old South Florida, with vintage pictures and decorations, and a veranda across the front....

「This was an overall great stay! Great location as well. When I checked in though, I was barely greeted by the front desk gentlemen- same thing when we checked out, same man- no smile, not even a peep so I was a little thrown off by that. The pool area was nice but inside the pool, the steps looked like they needed some scrubbing, almost like moldy so not the cleanest pool I’ve seen. The valet guys were AWESOME! All super nice and hospitable, offering waters every time we picked up our car....
