“The room is okay for the price. The floor is very dirty, so I wore my slip on sandals when I was in the room. You have to pay extra money if you want your room cleaned and plan on doing a lot of walking and steps if you stay here. ”

“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“4/29-3/2 My stay at the Westin was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. This was far from a luxury experience. The room had a noticeable moldy smell and could definitely use a dehumidifier. I reported the issue, but no one ever came to address it, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
