「I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even...

「Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. 」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」

「The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It’s in a good area. The reason for the poor review is that the fire alarm went off for the entire hotel around 9pm. That’s not an issue to me for an actual emergency, but there wasn’t one. No one on staff addressed or instructed anyone there as to what was going on, or assisted guiding anyone I could see in exiting the building. There was no follow up after the fact to confirm that all was well, or to see if anyone needed help...
