“Clean room very nice”

“So let’s talk about WoodSpring Suites Pensacola West or should I say survival training facility with a front desk.😂 From the outside? Honestly, not bad. I pulled up thinking, Okayyyy, this might actually be a hidden gem. Then I opened the room door and immediately felt like I time-traveled back to 2007. The room wasn’t terrible just lightly seasoned by history. Now let’s discuss the bed. Every time I moved, that thing sounded like it was filing a workers comp claim. I rolled over once and the……

“The room that I was given was too small. For the price that was paid for being on the beach, the room is expected to be an average size. This was not. Also, the walls are paper thin, literally. You could hear EVERY MOVEMENT AND WORD that was said from outside and adjoining rooms. Recommendation is a last resort. ”

“This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up. The soap products in the shower needed to be filled, plus the shower……

“Nice hotel my only complaint is super uncomfortable chairs in room. Pretty much have to sit on the bed. Otherwise clean and nice but it is a $75 dog fee. ”

“It felt like visiting my grandmother‘s house. Because nowadays it’s hard to go back to grandma’s when she’s not there anymore.To be welcomed with open arms just felt comfortable talking to the lady and just never wanted to leave.”

“The staff here are amazing. We bought a house in the area & are moving. I liked this motel on our last visit two weeks prior so I booked again . No it's not a four seasons but it's clean , usually quiet & has the best staff I've ever encountered at a low cost hotel. I would stay again without hesitation. ”

“The breakfast was very nice. The room seemed fairly clean. There were spots in the bedspread. Noticed drips on the dresser drawers. It kinda had a musty smell. Maybe since it rained a lot. The bathroom was very clean.”
