Welcome to your lakefront escape in the heart of Bemus Point on beautiful Lake Chautauqua. This inviting home is designed to help you relax, reconnect, and fully enjoy lakeside living with stunning water views from nearly every space.

The open floor plan brings everyone together, with the dining and living areas overlooking the lake and natural light filling the space. The kitchen also enjoys water views and features granite countertops along with essentials to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a family dinner.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, leather sofas, and an impressive 85-inch TV for movie nights or relaxing evenings after a day on the water. Just off the living room, a seasonal enclosed porch opens to a wraparound deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The first floor offers three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a king bed and two with queen beds (1 bedroom is a walk through), providing restful accommodations for families or groups.
Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space with two full-size beds (bunk beds), two twin beds, and a queen futon. This airy space also offers beautiful views of the lake, making it a favorite spot for kids or extra guests.

Step outside and you’re just moments from the shoreline. The wraparound deck is ideal for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or sunset views, while the private dock offers direct lake access for swimming, boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Located in charming Bemus Point, you’re close to dining, shops, and all of Lake Chautauqua’s seasonal activities, making this the perfect home base for summer adventures or a relaxing lakeside retreat. In the winter months enjoy nearby snowmobile trails, ice fishing and near-by Peek and Peek (a local resort) where you can enjoy skiing and snow tubing.

Our private dock is seasonal and is typically available from May through October, depending on weather and lake conditions. Lake Chautauqua is a natural body of water, and conditions such as water levels, temperature, clarity, and occasional debris may vary and are beyond our control.

Guests are encouraged to use caution when swimming, boating, or enjoying the shoreline, and to check local conditions during their stay.
