Location

The location is great but the house could use some updates. The beds aren’t very comfortable and the carpets have stains. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub is nice.

Well appointed family retreat

Well equipped for a family - 3 BR down and master suite upstairs allows for appropriate separation between church and state :-). Best Hot Tub I've had the pleasure of using in all of Sunriver...and there are quite a few. Lots of goodies in the kitchen to make morning coffee and cooking a breeze.

Fall stay

The house itself had a great floor plan. But there were a few things that need attention in this house… the washer has mold growing in the drum, fridge smelled like fish, and the hot tub wasn’t functioning fully. Other than that it was a great house!

Cute but very small.

Pictures Are accurate as far as the style, which is cute however the entire house is only 1300 ft.² and is very small with the one living space and the dining room is very cramped and hard to walk around between the island and the glass door. Also please be aware that there is no air conditioning upstairs even though the description says the house is fully central air conditioning. On the positive side everything you needed was here, great location, the kitchen was well supplied with equipment to cook fabulous meals. The bedrooms were cute but again everything was very small. Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and the bikes were a nice addition

Overall, a good deal.

Loved the location. Nice backyard, with large patio area. Close to Ft. Rock park, which was nice because we had our dogs with us. They loved it! So many trails throughout Sunriver and the home location was just a few steps away to have access to all of them. As for the inside of the home. We had everything we needed, as far as amenities. Kitchen could have used some foil and/or baggies for storing food in fridge though. And, we would have given the cleanliness a 5 star rating, but we noticed the place could have been dusted a bit better-especially some of the ceiling fans and cobwebs on the blinds etc.. And the outside grill, while nice with a full propane tank, was nevertheless very dirty. But overall, I'd recommend this property to friends and family. We love Sunriver/Bend and we really had a nice time at 11 Lark Lane. You can't beat the location!

Overall great trip! Cleanliness upon arrival was not there

The location is right across from the playground but is some distance from anything else. The house was well stocked but lacked cleanliness upon arrival. We received a text asking about our arrival and responded with a low rating on the house being clean along with 2 pictures (one with a diaper we found in the upstairs closet and one from under the kItchen sink). No one replied to the text and the email with the pictures and our drop in to the Vacasa office fell on deaf ears. We are still waiting for our cleaning fee to be reimbursed since we spent our first hour there cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Otherwise, it’s a great house!

Nice House - Horrible Beds

My family of 6 and a dog liked this house. It was well stocked, conveniently located near fort rock park and pretty central to all that Sunriver has to offer. We had an issue with the listing, but the management took care of it right away. It was a nice stay, but we can't give it 5 stars for a few other reasons. The beds were terrible. There were plenty of linens, but the 2 King beds and the lower bunk bed were so hard even my younger kids woke up stiff and not well rested. The Queen bed in the down stairs bedroom was great. So was the top bunk. We had seen on other review that said the beds were bad, but seeing it was only 1 review we took the chance. The beds are the reason we won't rent this unit again. The Clothes washer wouldn't do a final spin, so the clothes had to be wrung out before putting them in the tired dryer. The drier took two 70 minute cycles on "hi heat" to get 6 bath towels dry. Overall, this is a nice comfortable house except the beds. IMHO if the owner replaced the mattresses with better quality mattresses; they would retain repeat customers.

Vacationers, Beware.

We wanted to love this place. We really did. The location right by Fort Rock Park is amazing. The back patio is lovely and the hot tub works great too. That, unfortunately, is where the compliments end. We got off to the wrong start with overflowing trash from the prior guest that no one took care of despite multiple calls. The house supposedly sleeps 8 and has passes for 10--but was not sufficiently stocked to support a family of 4 for one week (not enough trash bags, dishwasher detergent, sponges, towels, toilet paper, anything). We had to make multiple runs to the Country Store and the hardware store for basic supplies that the home should have been stocked with. After multiple calls during what should have been vacation we were brought extra towels, sponges, and a broom. Thanks? Now let's talk about the supposed "updated" nature of this home. It's not, at least not on the inside. Basic maintenance and cleanliness have obviously been lacking for months if not years. Unbeknownst to us until after we did load of laundry, the washing machine is full of black mold. Brand new clothes purchased for this trip were ruined with mold stains. And of course, that also meant no more laundry for the entirety of the trip. The dishwasher is falling apart; you have to manhandle the bottom rack to get it out because the runners have broken off one side. The fridge either wasn't on for a long time or wasn't set right, because it was not cold enough the first day and our milk spoiled. The AC in the upstairs barely works, and it wasn't even that hot when we were there (80s most days). The upstairs toilet moves--as in is no longer glued in place. The cheap IKEA dishes are covered in silverware scratches and look filthy even when they're clean. The BBQ supplies are rusting; we had to buy our own tongs so as to not get tetanus. There are stains all over the carpet (likely pet stains). I could go on, but I'm sitting here on "ignore" with Vacasa about this mess as we speak and am over it. Most of these might seem likely silly little nits. On their own, they might be. But when you spend over $4100 for a week, you expect to have a home that isn't falling part, doesn't contain black mold, and has enough towels. This isn't that home.

Clean and comfortable

The property is a bit smaller than our usual and we missed having another bathroom. While a bit dated and used, the furnishings were fine with the exception of the shower fixtures which were challenging to adjust. Frequently got cold water if any other water usage occurred anywhere in the house. Nice hot tub. Great location. Had to call VRBO to get the pass code the day before our arrival as it had not been sent before that.

Lark Lane

This house had a very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The only thing it was lacking were the directions to the fireplace and drawers to put your clothes. Other than that it was perfect.

Felt like home!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Lark Lane 11! Lots of room for everyone, and so much to do! We loved the ping pong table, games, bikes, and hot tub. It's a great location to access Fort Rock Park, and all the amazing walking/biking trails. Our family also loved the kitchen and large dining table. This was definitely one of the most relaxing vacations our family has been on! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Stayed with our adult children and one 2 year old (6 adults and 1 child). The bedrooms worked out great for us. The house is in a great location near the biking trails and Fort Rock Park. It's also an easy walk to the river or down to the village. In general, it worked out great for us with the big patio, hot tub, and dining table for eating or games. The kitchen is very well stocked. My only bad comment is that the house could have been a little cleaner (rug in master was old and stained; vertical blinds and windows need to be cleaned). Not a big deal, but they give a bad first impression. The rest of the house was fine, and especially considering they allow pets. So, it was a good house for us, but could have been a little cleaner.
