「Nice property at Sun River」

「Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. 」

「Perfect for a work trip or full resort experience, or in our case both. Host was beyond accommodating and answered questions I had. This was way more affordable than I anticipated for the area. Good quality espresso maker and Keurig. Hot tub has extremely powerful jets and was spotless. Cabin has deck that covers 3/4 of the outside parameter. 」

「It was a convenient spot, and not expensive, however certainly not a "luxury hotel". Staff were friendly and helpful.」

Only complaints are: the price per night (to be fair, this is a regional issue--hotel rates in this area are ridiculously high....) and screaming kids in the pool area made it unusable--and the pool is within earshot of the front desk but no effort was made to quiet literally screaming kids.」

We talked to the front desk, she looked at our phone for a minute then said there is nothing she can do to help. This cost me money because I had to purchase...
