「Everything was easy and convenient. The pool was right outside the room. The restaurant and bar were close. The room had an enclosed porch with hammock, small table and 2 chairs. Great for reading. We would go back.」

We were forced to seek other lodgings after a termite swarm invaded both rooms, the pool, dining area and reception. We paid for two rooms for two nights, and yet were given no partial refund despite our being on site for less than two hours. I do not recommend this hotel, ever.」

「This is such a beautiful property that really immerses you in the nature of San Ignacio. Rose cooked fresh breakfast everyday that was absolutely delicious, and her and her husband were super kind. I also rented a car from Rod, who was also super nice, so I had such a smooth experience getting from place to place. And while not a nightly occurrence, having howler monkeys howling the first evening really set the tone to remind me I wasn't in California.
