「This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!」

「Cute studio apartment big enough for two people and maybe a child. Just be sure that you could comfortable with spiral stairs. Great location in a trendy neighborhood.」

「Great location. Some noise from outside and other units, but that is expected in a city. Cute little studio. Please note there are stairs getting to the unit if you have mobility limitations. Host is very communicative and easy to contact.」

「Very cute, well appointed apartment in the University area of Philadelphia. The host was very responsive and kind. An issue happened out of anyone's control and we had to vacate the property before the end of our rental term. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in the transition and made everything right. She has several properties in the area. I highly recommend.」

「The stay was very good. Everything was well-equipped, responsive owner, and accurate instructions for everything. Would happily stay again. Tons of shops, landmarks, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would only say 1 ick was when we tried to use the washer & dryer one of them was not working properly at the time and there was no detergent provided to wash the clothes but other than that everything else was perfect! 「We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

「Overall our stay was great!!! There was a bit of a worry about getting into our rental because Expedia didnt send us the information. Capital Hotles called and sent me the information which was amazing! I loved how secure the place was with 3 different codes to get into our bedroom. I felt very safe. It was also clean and enjoyable to stay here for the weekend. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if youre going to Philly. 」

「There is an area between the kitchen and bedrooms that I kept loosing my step and would almost fall, not realizing there was a lower step. This is very dangerous and a bad accident or injury waiting to happen. Separate the step with a color demarcation. The floor as is blends in with step.」
