Incredible location, for nature and calm lovers ! The place is unique and very central for all the visits with full of comfort, incredible design, amazing colors and all the furnitures you need. Charlotte, the owner, is very kind and answers very quickly to all your questions. My wife and I felt in love of this place ! Highly recommanded !

Wir waren 10 Tage in Ferch und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb vom See und man ist in 5 Minuten an der kostenpflichtigen Badestelle.Zum Fahrrad fahren ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt-wir waren mit E-Bikes unterwegs.

Ein sympathisches Juwel am Schwielowsee

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl- und entspannt gefühlt an diesem Platz und in diesem Haus, das auf eine angenehme Art unaufgeregt und stimmig auf uns gewirkt hat. Wie wir im Laufe der Tage erkannten, sind es die verschiedenen kleinen Kostbarkeiten von den Fliesen, den Lampen, den guten Matratzen bis hin zur Tischplatte und den Lichtschaltern, die den Aufenthalt für uns besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Die Buchung für das kommende Jahr ist in Abstimmung!

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft im Grünen

Wir haben hier ein paar sehr erholsame Tage mit unserer Hündin verbracht. See und Wald sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und auch von der Terrasse oder durch die großen Fenster schaut man ins Grüne. Die Kommunikation mit Charlotte lief einwandfrei und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Woche war angenehm. Das Haus war in Ordnung. Leider ist der Zaun nur im vorderen Bereich so hoch. Hinter dem Haus stellt er für einen mittelgroßen Hund kein Hindernis dar.

Tolle Unterkunft, herrliche Ruhe

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, sie ist sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Dass es einen Fernseher nur im Schlafzimmer gab empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, da kommt man nicht in Versuchung im Urlaub in die Klotze zu schauen. Das einzige ist der Zaun, da wir mit Hund im Urlaub sind, war es uns wichtig, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Deshalb kommunizierte ich vorher mit dem Vermieter, der mir sagte, dass es einen ausreichenden Zaun gibt. Was sich aber in der Realität nicht so heraus stellte. Zum Weg, am Eingang vom Grundstück ist ein hoher Zaun, das stimmt, aber der hintere Teil des Grundstücks ist teilweise nur kniehoch eingezäunt. Das war schade, so war es uns nicht möglich unseren Hund unbeschwert frei laufen zu lassen. Schade, das trübt den sonst so schönen Ferienaufenthalt. Trotzdem alles in allem sehr schön, vielen Dank. Alles Gute weiterhin.

Sehnsuchtsort

Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren 3 Tieren, zwei Katzen und ein Hund schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Häuschen. Es ist ein Sehnsuchtsort für uns und unsere Tiere. Besonders die riesige überdachte Terrasse ist ein Traum, ebenso die wirklich gute und praktische Ausstattung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Goltermann war immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke dafür! Wir haben schon für den nächsten Sommer wieder gebucht.

Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt

Für den Preis haben wir mehr erhofft. Das nur einmal im Monat gemäht wird wussten wir , aber auch das hätte das Grundstück nicht aufgewertet. Eine schöne , große und überdachte Terrasse haben wir vorgefunden, aber um es sich gemütlich machen zu können , fehlte es an etwas Dekoration. Mit einpaar Laternen oder Vasen hätte man es etwas aufpimpen können. Im Haus war alles perfekt durchdacht. Man sollte vielleicht wissen , das es nur im Schlafzimmer einen TV gibt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spaziergang ein und die Gastronomie ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Zum Strand sind wir leider nicht gekommen der Zaun war geschlossen. Für Hundehalter ist Ferch der toleranteste Ort überhaupt!!!! Hier wird man nicht kritisiert wenn der Hund " guten Tag" sagen möchte. Alles im allen....ich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Aber die Bewertungen vor mir sind durchweg sehr gut und von daher bezieht sich meine Beurteilung auch nur auf mein Empfinden.

Schöner Urlaub mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und modern und hat eine ausreichende Größe für zwei Personen und einem Vierbeiner. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bis zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das einzige was zu kritisieren wäre, ist der Garten des Hauses. Dieser war leider sehr "verwildert" und man hatte den Eindruck, dass dieses Jahr noch kein Rasen gemäht wurde. Das hat leider wenig dazu eingeladen, sich draußen gemütlich aufzuhalten. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden und werden sicher wieder einmal nach Ferch kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Man kann sagen, dieses Ferienhaus hebt sich von der breiten Masse ab. Sehr gutes Raumkonzept, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet sowie alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Grosse Veranda und ein Nebenraum (Heizungsraum), wo man seine Fahrräder oder wir auch unsere Dachbox einstellen konnte. Sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wald- Wohnviertel. Das Grundstück könnte unserer Meinung besser gepflegt sein. Aber das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Im Mai schon viele und grosse Mücken unterwegs, also an Mückenschutz denken!!! Der kleine Ort Ferch hat überraschend viele Restaurants, wo man auch überall mit Hund willkommen war.

Einfach nur schön

Es war fantastisch! Ruhig, gemütlich, entspannt! Und der Ofen hat in den kühlen Tagen im März zu großem Wohlbefinden gesorgt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir nicht so viele andere Reiseziele hätten. Aber bei diesem Häuschen machen wir wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme und kommen noch ein zweites Mal wieder, zumal es noch so viel zu sehen gibt! Es war toll, und wir bedanken uns bei Frau Goltermann !

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in verwunschener Umgebung

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Katzen und unserem Bearded Collie eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem so zauberhaften Häuschen verbracht. Alles war praktisch und schön auf kleinem Raum. Und immer hatte man das Gefühl, dass wir mitten im Wald sitzen. Wir kommen nächsten Sommer wieder!

Erholung und Natur pur

Unser Aufenthalt (2 Personen und 2 Hunde) war super schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten jeden Abend auf der Terrasse genießen und da das Haus im Waldgebiet liegt stets mit den Hunden die Natur erkunden. Von der Unterkunft aus erreichten wir viele schöne Orte, wie Schlösser, Parkanlagen und Seen, sodass auch unsere Hunde immer mit dabei sein konnten. Wir werden die Unterkunft und den damit verbundenen Erholungseffekt gerne weiterempfehlen!

Idyllisch und Kompfortabel

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Mit der Schwielowsee Gästekarte kann man diverse Buslinien kostenfrei nutzen. Der Bus nach Potsdam fährt ganz in der Nähe ab. Wir haben das Auto erst wieder für die Abreise genutzt und waren mit dem ÖPNV super unterwegs.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus

Wir wollten unseren Sommerurlaub in Ferch verbringen. Wir hatten für 9 Nächte gebucht, leider mussten wir nach 3 Nächten wieder nach Hause fahren da unser Hund sich verletzt hatte und er zum Tierarzt musste. Das Haus ist super schön und es ist an alles gedacht. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße 2min vom Wald entfernt und ca. 10min vom See entfernt. Wir können es mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Frau Goltermann.

Ferienhaus in Ferch

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung, optimal für Urlaub mit Hund. Sehr ruhig und durch die Lage im Wald auch bei großer Hitze sehr angenehm. Wir und unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
