Great location and nice quiet unit to relax at beach

I really liked the location and unit was clean and very spacious for a solo traveler like me, but it would also fit a couple or a family of three very well too. The beach, pools, restaurants and everything I needed (including Starbucks coffee) was within walking distance and I did not have to use my car. It was also quiet at night and not in a party atmosphere. Security was great. The patio was nice and the sheets, towels and bathrooms were clean. I do not cook on vacation so I did not use kitchen. There was nice running paths and this area was not too crowded. I enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

Sea colony is nice, the amenities are top notch and it's in a great location.Vacasa did a great job with check in and offering assistance. However there were two issues during our stay.After booking our non-refundable deposit we were informed of the mandatory 50 fee per person to access the amenities. I felt that could have been disclosed prior to booking.Additionally the floors were very dirty in our unit. We don't wear shoes inside out home, and when entering the unit and removing our shoes, we very quickly noticed our feet were dark with dirt. Vacasa asked how things were and when I told them, they offered to have someone clean it. However, as we have an infant, I didn't want to be inconvenienced with having to pack up so much stuff off the floors to have them cleaned during our short stay.

Great view of the ocean. The home is clean and updated. The resort is clean and well maintained. I'd stay again.
