Property location is perfect for either relaxing on patio or very brief walk to relax by pool. For those looking for activities perfect location for tennis, pickle-ball, fishing. Beds a comfy & will definitely get a good night sleep. Definitely will rent again.

Very nice home

We have been coming to Sea Colony for over 20 years and have rented many properties there, and this was among the best. Nice updates, well maintained, fairly clean, great location and views. A great bargain in the off season as well. The only minor complaint is that there were no games/puzzles/books included. We will be back!

Nice house in Sea Colony

This house was great and is our new “go-to” in Sea Colony. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The ONLY negative is that it’s on the second floor and requires several trips up and down when you arrive, shop and depart. But that’s nobody’s fault and just reality. Really enjoyed our 2-3 day October getaway to get recharged.

Great place, second stay

As a food allergy family, we always wipe everything down when we arrive and it was very clean. The space and location is great overall. However, please note that if you have young kids, the top bunks aren't child friendly, the mattresses are level with the guardrails, so this is something to be aware of. This didn't bother us since there were only 4 of us. All that to say, we will most likely stay here again because of the views and space.

Roomy and close to tennis center

We loved that the space was roomy enough for our family of 3 for our 4-day stay for a tournament weekend. We had plenty of space and it’s close to the tennis center. Summer rain brought on some ants which sucked, but other than that, amenities were up to par, anccess to anctivities and decor was nice for our visit.

Sharing space with ants and spiders

I loved the amenities. The kitchen was stocked well. The bedrooms could use a more comfortable chair for those not ready to go to sleep but wished to have some private time watching tv. The televisions were all top of the line. The grill at the bottom of the the unit was a great idea even though we did not use it. The property is conveniently located between Rohoboth and Ocean City. The trolley was nice for touring the property.

Perfect getaway!

The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The views of the lake are relaxing and peaceful. We loved how open and bright the condo felt. The master bed was very comfortable and the updates to the kitchen, baths, and master shower were nice. We used the fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor heated pool and were pleased with all amenities. The location was convenient to the beach, downtown Bethany, and our favorite destinations/restaurants in the area. We really appreciated that the linens were provided at no additional charge. We are already planning our next vacation here. Thank you!

Beautiful oasis and perfect for a girls getaway with a dear friend!

The house was very well-maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything that we needed. We absolutely loved the large deck overlooking the lake with the geese and one white swan! And, we loved using the wood-burning fireplace! It was literally the perfect place for our get together from two friends, that I’ve been separated way too long!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time spent here on our vacation. The check-in/out process was stress free. The property was centrally located affording the ability to ride bikes around Sea Colony and Bethany Beach.

Great vacation spot!

I loved the location of the unit. It was right across the street from the tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. The house was tastefully decorated and had a homey feel to it. The upgraded bathrooms were nice and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. I loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake watching the ducks and swan swim by. The kitchen was well stocked but some of the frying pans could use to be replaced. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next year!

Absolutely love the little colony and all the amenities as well as how close it is to everything. Condo was nice. Tons of spider webs and dirt on the floor but this is no fault of the owner of the condo the cleaning company could definitely of done better. Will return to area but probably not the same condo.
