Perfect house and location.

My family and I just stayed here for Memorial Day and it was incredible. The house had everything we needed, plenty of rooms for the families. Location was perfect. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house for gathering

Plenty of room for a large family.

Lots to do, even in the off season. House has plenty of bathrooms-8! Beds were comfy, big closets. Loved the big family room for games and super long dining table to fit a large family gathering.

Great Location and Large Spaces for Family Gathering

The beach is only a two-minute walk away and the Bethany Beach shops and restaurants are about 6-7 minutes away. The house includes a large living room and a large dining table - which are our family's top priorities when we come together for our annual reunion. There is plenty of space for meals, games and conversations.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Bethany Beach. The house was even more beautiful than we expected and had ample common space and bedrooms for the 16 of us! We shared meals around the long kitchen table, played cards around the big couch, and enjoyed the fresh air on the screened in porch. And being just a short walk from the beach was a bonus! The place felt incredibly homey and met all of our needs. Highly recommend.

This is great for a large family. The home has had new furniture since our last stay. Bring cushions for the kitchen! The chairs are not the most comfortable - but we seated 12 adults with no problem. Convenient location.

Great beach house for a crowd

Our extended family vacations in Bethany every year. This house was one of our greatest finds ever. Plenty of beds and baths for all and lots of space to hang out. Easy walk to the beach even for the little kids and the elders. Loved all the porches and appreciated the gas grill! We will be back next year! Thanks!

Great location & space

This properties location is great but it’s no ocean view. The space was great for large families. Unfortunately, the property was not clean. Junk everywhere, cable wires (lots) exposed, laying in the family room floor. Not safe for anyone but extremely dangerous for children. The time I spent cleaning I lost my whole first night. Then the master bedroom had no power. We called immediately but after the third day of not having no power the electrician finally got it fixed. That was not ok for the couple that paid to sleep there. Not to sleep on the couch. We asked for at least a later check out but was told no. This was a vacation for my family for Christmas and it wasn’t the vacation we expected. With that said, the house is very nice, only if it had been clean and we had electrical.

The house was in excellent shape, everything worked and it was clean. The size worked well for our large group including the dining table that was big enough to seat everyone. The extra refrigerator was used for beverages. The location was convenient to both the beach and the boardwalk with shops.

It’s a joke to call it ocean view. Can only see a glimpse of water in a couple of spots. The floors were dirty. The couch in the enclosed porch off the kitchen looked broken(sagging in the middle) and the tv did not work on the enclosed porch. The screen track on the inside of the enclosed porch was broken on one side and hanging. A couple of doors upstairs were not easy to operate. The bed map was very misleading. We had a good time l, but considering the time of year, I felt it was a lot of money for what we got.

Gorgeous but left a lot to be desired

Beautiful and spacious. Way over priced for the accommodations. Regulating the heat was impossible. Rooms either two hot or freezing. One tv worked. The owners were asked to update the tv box but they declined. One family went home after one night because the kids were freezing and couldn’t sleep.
