Great condo!

We appreciated all of the upgrades (appliances, kitchen items, etc.). The rooms seemed to be freshly painted. The decor was very nice and everything seemed to be in good working order! The only reason for the 4-star rating was that the dishes in the cupboard, that were presumably clean, had dried on food on them so we decided to rewash many things before using them, just to be safe.

Condo needs updating

Furniture (sofa, love seat, dinette chairs) old, uncomfortable, toilet doesn’t flush, cheap plastic balcony furniture, small five cup coffee maker, 2-slice toaster for 3 bedroom condo, floors not clean, filthy old rugs in exterior hallway (very uninviting). Will never stay in this room again! Price doubled in 2 years, with misleading online info about updates made to room. It wasn’t great 2 years ago, worse this this time. We’ve learned our lesson. Plus, no clean towels were in the room when we checked in. We called Vacasa who said they weren’t sure if we would get them that night. After expressing our dismay, they were finally delivered by 9:45 pm.

Wonderful location and view

This is a large unit for Sea Colony with a direct ocean view. Rooms are well cared for and generally in good condition. Many appliances are new in 2022.

Relaxing Get-Away

The condo is very comfortable. The view is amazing. The back bedroom with the additional view of the ocean was great. We would definitely come back to this unit without hesitation. The only comment was that the toaster was broken and the coffee pot was well worn and rusty. At the price point for the condo newer appliances would have been expected.

Nice view

We loved the view and location . The mattresses are old and worn out. Room wasn’t fully cleaned. I’m mad they weren’t checking passes onto the beach !
