Beautiful Home with some existing issues

The house is beautifully laid out, furniture terrific and in a perfect spot with a stunning back yard. There were many short comings regarding Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, Dryer, Grill and lack of utensils for 6, in the house that can't be avoided. Just every day living stuff mentioned previously. Overall we had a nice and the house itself is beautiful.
