Nice home convenient to Bethany and Indian River Inlet

Our stay started out rocky as we were locked out of the home and it took hours for the issue to be resolved. Once inside, the home was lovely and as described. Great location with golf course in backyard along with deer! Screened porch could use a scrub and one of the lounge chairs couldn't be used due to a large tear in the material. Otherwise, the home was perfect. Vacasa customer service was less then acceptable with the lock out issue, though.

Family Vacation

Lovely spacious home away from home. Short drive to beach and restaurants. Home is well equipped with necessities and located in a wonderful community that included a golf playing view. We loved staying here and will be returning next year.

Great time!

The cute home was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and the view of the golf course was amazing. We had an amazing visit!

Bethany Beach Family Vacation

The house was very nice for the six family members. However the cleaning lacked in every way. Had a great time with family. Pool was great. Make sure to take your own cleaning products because the cleaning company sure doesn't know what clean is!

Very nice area and place

Location is nice. Close to beach although most were private. Salt Pond area had tennis courts, golf course and pool and workout room. Very nice. Place we stayed was clean and nice. Owners had some nice touches there as first aid stuff in bathroom Check in was fast but no directions to place Used phone etc to get there.

Quiet, welcoming home away from home!

Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 7, quiet side of Bethany, deer in the backyard (golf course too!), gym had numerous machines to use, friendly staff at amenities. Very relaxing! Able to drive to the beach in less than 7 minutes, 3 minute drive to Hocker’s grocery!

Good Location

Enjoyed our stay at this smaller condo. Comfortable for up to 4-5 guests. Great location for golfers (on Salt Pond Golf Club), 10-minutes drive to beach.
