Great place for a family getaway.

My family enjoyed the space and the furnitures that accommodated everyone and still would’ve room for more if any. There were good board games and tv movie app that kept our kids occupied during a rainy day. I took points away since we noticed that there was no grill in the property and with the breakfast area ceiling leaking hard at one point towards the end of our stay and maintenance didn’t come to attend to it letting us put large plastic bowls to remediate the leak and possibly floor flooding.

Nice but needs some TLC

Loved the community and the convience of travelling back and forth to the beach. Community is gorgeous but this unit needed a really goid cleaning and some repairs.

Unimpressed with Vacasa; owners, reconsider

Loved staying at Sea Colony and the house fit our needs. Was quaint and quiet but accessible and amenities overall very nice through the colony - loved the fitness center classes and especially the splash pool, tram to the beach, etc. However, owners should beware of horrible response from vacasa and subpar housekeeping. Wifi didn’t work, network didn’t exist. Therefore no TV or work access that we depended on having due to responsibilities. We called numerous times after troubleshooting it ourselves. They sent one clueless person out who said he’d leave and make a call; clearly just left. Another guy came out to fix a clothing rack that was clearly at the wrong house and said he’d put in a word; never did and said “Oh, there’s been a bunch of mess ups today.” Multiple people told us they’d contact the owners to see if the network had been changed; never any follow up. A service that was to be included in the fee was never available nor refunded despite calling at least 5 times over the week. Also, the floors left our feet black from day one. It’s pretty clear that housekeeping has not mopped the floors in quite some time. Shower curtains had red mold along the bottom, suggesting the same. Owners might want to rethink the services they’re paying to handle their home!
