Nice place!!

We had a great stay at 414 Lekites. The inside was very clean, spacious, comfortable and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable. The sheets and towels were much appreciated!! The location was fantastic!! The outside of the house was a bit run down but I’m guessing that’s next on their list of improvements.

non existent property management

The home is nicely equipped and decorated. Unfortunately the digital thermostat had a code lock wouldn't let us lower the temperature below 70 degrees. The first floor was ok, but the second floor (where the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are located) became very hot. We called vacasa repeatedly, but they were unable to get a call back from the property manager and owners regarding the code. We ended up camping out on couches on the first floor for 4 nights because the bedrooms were so stuffy and hot. Vacasa brought out a box fan which really didn't help. When we checked out, we were told that we would receive compensation since the 3 bedrooms were unusable. Unfortunately, the property manager and owners are in charge of giving the refunds, and they still aren't returning any calls or emails. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Lovely home!

Comfortable home with the perfect set up inside and out- on a quiet street. Walkable to the beach. Favorite amenities: beer/wine fridges; screened in porch; outdoor shower & foot-wash; large driveway and garage.

Great location and beautiful house!!

What a beautiful house! We loved staying here!! Easy drive/walk to downtown Bethany and the beach, and everything in the house was new, updated, and clean. Only complaint is the WiFi was super slow. Some of us had work to do from vacation and had to use a hot spot to get it done. Also TV doesn’t have cable, just Youtube TV which is great except the WiFi causes buffering the entire time. Otherwise this is a great location and house so if you’re planning on spending an unplugged vacation in Bethany this is the spot for you!
