Gorgeous home! Plenty of space for two families. Teens loved the gym access and pool. Outdoor deck is a great place to sip your coffee, eat dinner as a large group or just enjoy the scenery of the water and wildlife.

Our vacation was perfect. We love this community. The house is a great location with easy access to pool and dock for activities like paddle boarding and fishing. The house was clean and perfect for our family.

The house was very spacious which was good because the weather was rainy and hurricane Erin closed beaches down. The house has minor areas that are in need of upkeep and replacing- mainly in the kitchen. Kayak at house does not have an oar and unsure where to launch. Dock isn’t really an option. Pool is nice for family’s with young children and older kids can fish in a pond right next to the pool and still be in sight/sound of adults. House location is in a very nice but isolated neighborhood which means you have to drive everywhere. With a large family that was three cars paying for parking everywhere we went .

No Working Dishwasher

We booked two weeks. The dishwasher was apparently previously broken before our stay, and wasn't fixed until the last day of our stay. Outdoor kitchen had had not been cleaned, dirty dishes in the cupboards, Both ignition switches on the gas grill are broken, have to use a lighter to light the grill.

Beautiful!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, we felt like the rich and famous while staying here. It’s designed perfectly for large groups so everyone isn’t on top of each other and love the fact there are so many bathrooms! The only thing I would suggest is a better or different service to access tv in the living room as we we weren’t able to watch it at all almost the entire week we were there (although the ones who had TV’s in the bedrooms could). Also there are still some of us who don’t have Netflix, Hulu or any of the other accounts to be able to sign in. But TV is a small part of vacation for us so it wasn’t a huge problem because we enjoyed staying here and had a great time

Great community, pretty house on the outside, poor management

There are not enough characters to allow me to give a proper review so I'll summarize.Community is nice, amazing pool, pond and sound make for fun fishing. House is not kept up. Poorly stocked kitchen. House sleeps 12, but there are not 12 dinner plates. Wifi didn't work at first, when it did, it's slow. Dishwasher didn't work. Had to get fixed. Then it still didn't clean well.Outdoor grill/kitchen was very dirty with debris and grill starter was broken. Couldn't use the grill fully, got half lit.Chirping smoke detector every 30 sec for a full day (8am - 5:30pm) and after opening up a ticket with Vacasa, no one came. My dad has mobility issues and was in the house all day to endure this torture. It ruined his day. Had to fix ourselves. Started chirping several days later and called back to complain. Finally someone came and detector was expired. Washing machine spin cycle does not work. Had to keep running extra spin to get clothes dry enough to put in dryer. Part was delivered to the house for this. Someone came to pick up the part but never installed and fixed when we were there. Vacasa knew it was broken and never gave us a heads up. Customer service calls were made every day about something and it added stress on our trip. Someone answered right away but needed to "open a ticket" and contact the local team who may or may not show up. It's clear they are short staffed and poorly managed. Still getting runaround now that I'm trying to get some back.
