“Lovely stay again. We were originally placed over Mathew Street in a standard room and realised on check in that it was a little loud for our liking. I went down to reception and was told there were no standard rooms to swap with so we were upgraded to a deluxe room and moved to the opposite side of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating. Amenities in the room were fabulous. Mathew street around the corner offers entertainment and live music which was also……

“Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.”

“We stayed here on our way to the Isle of Man .. if you are a biker, room 26 (if I recall correctly) is perfect for you. Bikes are right out front, and you get your own entrance.”

“This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.”
