“Helpful staff good service”

“We were visiting Legoland and meeting friends and this was a good location. Turned out to be a great location and a great hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and during our 2 night stay. Food was lovely , we had an evening meal and breakfast really good. Lovely hotel lots of amazing rooms to sit in. Bedroom was really nice with a view over the river which was stunning. The outside space was spectacular and we popped over to the 'River House' on the Sunday afternoon where……

“The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.”

“Lovely country house hotel set in the Thames valley and overlooking the river Thames from the surrounding hills. Nice walks around the gardens. Excellent food in the restaurant and a great full English breakfast. Room was well presented with large bathroom, shower over bath. We had a room with a separate sitting area which had great views out over the valley and river. Wi-Fi, etc worked well, two TV’s one in each room. Did not use the large pool or Spa.”
