“It is very good for everything.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

城市税好似與 Hotels.com的廣告不相同。”

“Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean”

“Nice, stylish hotel. Needs a small basin in the toilet. Gym needs a bit of love. Nice touch at breakfast: the many styles of cereal, fresh mint and ginger for tea”

“Nil”

“The staffs are passionated and helpful. High performance. The place is both peaceful and energetic. Price are reasonable.”

“House keeping wasn't doing good. Didn't refill the toilet paper and shampoo. Sometimes didn't replace the towels even they were on the ground. Sometimes didn't even come in the room for cleaning.”
