"Amazing staff, amenities, and very comfortable and clean. The rooftop deck is a great hangout spot, offering a (gas) fire pit, corn hole, comfortable seating and more! It also has a nice area inside by the bar to either hang out or to work. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we visit Charleston! "

"Terrific location-able to walk to almost all activities/sites. Valet parking was expensive but very responsive; never had to wait long for car. Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling water 24 hours a day. Delicious brownie placed in room daily. Issue with nighttime noise from live music from wedding receptions right below our windows two nights in a row, but management handled it quickly and professionally. Pricey hotel but many nice features."

"Dirty couch in the room. Parking fees not justified in this kind of area. Poor breakfast : pancakes machine out of service, 7.30 no more chocolate milk in the fridge, unusable plastic knifes and fork with paper plates, … who is still using that in 2026? Ok for the price if you’re looking for a one night stay though. "
