“The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Karen at the front desk! The room was spacious and very comfortable for myself and my two children. The beds were very comfortable also. The breakfast was very nice and had things my whole family enjoyed. “The shower's water pressure was practically non-existant. Two lights over the sink/vanity were burned out. Otherwise all was well. ”

“We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. They offered daily house keeping, they took care of so much it felt like a treat to come back to after days filled with activities. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Our TV just shut off one night and we were very concerned they would think we broke it or something. The team sent someone in and fixed it and didn’t charge us any incidentals. The area is incredible your minutes away from some of the best……

“The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating ”

“Clean room great staff”

“The staff were wonderful. We went in January and it was not crowded. Every person we interacted( front desk, valet, cleaning ,even the manager walked around to say hi, with was so nice. The food was great the hotel was super clean. Bar drinks were weak but the service was exceptional. Lots of kids on the weekend so maybe do not book a pool room due to noise. The views were wonderful. Staff was always working to do touch ups around the building ( cleaning painting, even the deck/pool/flowers……
