「Very nice hotel at a great location. 」

「Was never able to check in as the property could not be reached. The number was disconnected.」

「Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.」

「This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. 」

「Non smoking room smelled horrible, toilet wouldn't flush and they never came after we called, we ended up plunging it ourselves but it didn't fix the issue and they didn't offer us another room 」

「It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I found the entire facility to be very poorly maintained. There were many people outside their rooms drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes—as well as marijuana—at all hours; honestly, it wasn't a pleasant experience arriving or leaving, especially with my two children. The room itself was clean, in a manner of speaking, but the bathtub had a lot of grime caked onto it, as if it hadn't been washed in ages. I think they should establish clear rules...

「Here is why this review is so bad: this property has bed bugs. We found live ones walking around between the mattress and the box spring of the room. Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. 」

「The hotel was brand new but not yet open. I had to work through hotels.com “support” service that didn’t work over the phone just chat to get refunded. This hotel is not open yet. If you are scheduled to stay here check before you go!!!!」

「Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. 」
