“Was unable to stay here because they couldnt process any of my credit cards. They were swiping cards. Not sure if were skimming or scamming but called my bank and there was no reason my cards wouldnt go through except for a problem with their system. “Staff was nice. It was 90 degrees out that day and the air conditioning was not turned on. It took hours to cool the room down. Yes, I had a reservation. The toilet didn’t work. Had to lift the lid every time to flush. The room was in pretty bad disrepair. The shower knobs and spout were falling off and barely held on by caulk. Towel holders and other fixtures were the same.
Bed was sooo hard. The frame is a horribly designed metal frame that squeaks the entire night. No box spring or wooden……

“This property is directly across from beach access. It is adorable. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The continental breakfast was fresh and easy. Pool area was clean. Hotel provided beach towels and chairs if needed. Staff was super friendly. This was my first time in Venice and I had a wonderful time. Hubby and I could walk to village which was about 3/4 of a mile away. I would go back again.”
