“The location of this property was a 10!!! We enjoyed a perfect ocean breeze every day. We had a newborn and a toddler so we took lots of walks and the neighborhood was beautiful. The new owner was a gracious host who addressed all of our needs and concerns. The space was nice but needed a few upgrades that the new owner plans to address.”

“The property was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and will be coming back for sure! The house was very clean, bright and beachy! There was plenty of room for all of us, the roll away cot was a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities, we appreciated the wine glasses! Outside shower and deck was also enjoyed. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops, we did drive to the beach, leave early before the lot fills up! At first we were a little uneasy when we arrived and……

“Amazing location, just a 10 min walk to the beach. You literally just need to bring your travel bags & that’s it! They have everything you need. So clean. Outdoor shower, huge fire pit, all beach necessities, games, central air! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We booked again for next year already. ”

“This home is bright and roomy with a modern kitchen and open floor plan. We enjoyed peaceful mornings with our coffee on the deck, and long walks with our dog in this very quiet neighborhood. Its was an easy bike ride to Misquamicut beaches which we rode to every day. It’s also centrally located to both the village of Watch Hill and downtown Westerly with all there is to do. We will be back!”
