With unobstructed views of the distant mountains, this view can be enjoyed year-round.  Amazing Sunset Cabin is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with additional loft sleeping and sleeping on all three levels.  Without the hustle and bustle of life surrounding you, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature and the feelings of total relaxation.  Come to the North Georgia Mountains and enjoy the Amazing Sunset cabin during its four uniquely different seasons and the views that come with each one.

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Amazing Sunset cabin is a cozy 2 bedroom (plus sleeping loft), 2 bathroom cabin that can accommodate up to four (4) guests and offers the following:



King master bedroom on TERRACE level with 50" flat-screen TV and private bath with walk-in shower

Full bedroom on MAIN level with a separate shared bath with tub/shower combo

King bed in open loft on UPPER level (no bath on upper level)

Cozy living room with rocked wood burning fireplace (only usable Oct 1 - April 1st) and gorgeous mountain views

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.











Required Fees include $120 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
