"The booking of the apartment was very easy and the owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. The property manager Dawn was amazing and helped with any questions asked, and was very friendly. 1st class customer service. There were a lot of negatives at the property, firstly on arrival we let ourselves in, and were surprised to see the amount of clutter in the lounge, 2 large umbrellas and a Barbecue stored in the corner, the door mat was dirty and threadbear. Into the litchen where we found fridge had not been cleaned properly, the tea towel had scorch marks on and was not clean? Looking for pans etc were just thrown in a cupboard under the sink.
