“These guys went above and beyond, especially Connor, who really helped me when I realized we booked the wrong days. He worked diligently with Expedia to make sure that our dates were changed. Even upgrading our room for the troubles we had with the being able to rebook through Expedia. The hotel staff is excellent and accomodating at this resort. Amazing experience!! Kudos to Connor!!!”

“We were really disappointed by the beach. It’s rocky and was covered in seaweed (during our visit). The pools are beautiful, staff was lovely. The room was enormous and well maintained. I just wish we had more transparency regarding the condition of the beach.”

“I really hate to leave a negative review, but our stay wasn’t enjoyable. The good news is that we were so busy, we weren’t in the room except in the evening. First, my biggest pet peeve while staying in hotels is hair in the bathroom, which did occur here. Unfortunately, the bigger issues, though, include the size of the room and the paper-thin walls. The studio is far too small, because it’s crammed with oversized furniture. You can’t even walk around the bed without banging your leg on the……
