"Lower Standen Farm is a collection of 3 beautifully presented properties full of unique character but all the modern touches you’ll need. We had guests ranging from 4yo to nearly 80yo and we all found our favourite hangout places from swings to snugs. It was perfect for our Easter weekend catch up and the owner was really helpful and responsive when we had questions. Thank you!"

"Had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. The staff were really friendly and Neil was super helpful carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs and then down again on departure. The room was cozy and had all the amenities: flat screen tv, kettle and a radio. I loved the continental breakfast hamper; It was so nice to not have to go down to get breakfast in the morning (especially as I was feeling quite tired) because the breakfast hamper was already in the room complete with a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge with milk, juice and water. This way I was able to choose a time that suited me to have my breakfast. The hotel's pub served food; the fish was well made (I ordered fish and chips). Hotel had free parking on its premises and it was in a good location - high street with shops, plus close proximity to other attractions; I went to Scotne Castle which was about 15 minutes drive away. Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend. "

"The Parlour was ideally suited for our visit to family in Robertsbridge. We were given a warm welcome by Louise. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen in excellent condition, sadly not always the case in some self catering properties we have stayed in.The location is excellent for visiting many National Trust properties, beautiful country side for walking and interesting towns such as Hastings and Rye."

"Our family gathered to celebrate a big birthday at The Oast for a few days. The whole process, from booking with Bloom Stays to arriving and meeting the very friendly and helpful owner was smooth and seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house has everything you need. Four bedrooms, accommodating 8 people were comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One en suite and two other bathrooms were adequate. In March we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities but have no doubt in good weather it would be a very pleasant place to eat and sit outside with a view over the fields and super sunsets, Lots to do and see nearby and an excellent pub next door (literally!) and other eats places in Tenterden and Rye."

"Stylish, comfortable accommodation, well equipped and spacious. Quiet location, beautiful outside space. Upstairs play area plus a games room in a neighbouring barn made it perfect for the children. Genial hosts and a super-generous welcome basket, including gluten free cake. Merits 6 stars!"

"We had a lovely few days staying here. The house was really cosy and comfy, everything worked as it should, it looked great and we had everything we needed provided for us. All communications were simple and direct. Nice friendly pub across the road, lots of nice things to do with kids within 20/30 min drive or even less - Bodiam Castle, Bedgebury Pinetum, Rye etc. We will very likely be back to stay there again in the future."
