「We arrived to find no internet/TV service. Contacted owner, at first he wanted us to call cable company, but I asked him to call. Service rep came 8th day of our stay. Repair lasted 1 day. I worked with owner and cable company to fix the problem to no avail. On 17th day of our stay owner provided a "hot spot" for internet service. No TV service for our entire stay.
